Visitors may see the Al Azhar Mosque's beautiful architecture, serene courtyards, and elaborate embellishments that exhibit centuries of Islamic art and culture.
Today, transfer to Cairo for a sightseeing tour. Begin with the breathtaking Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Next, visit the Egyptian Museum to discover rare treasures from ancient Egyptian civilization. Continue to the Citadel of Saladin, which is known for its spectacular Alabaster Mosque and panoramic views of the city.
After checking out, transfer to the airport for your journey to Aswan (included). Upon arrival, be transported to Aswan Port and embark your Nile River Cruise. Check in on the cruise and relax for a while. Later, prepare for a sightseeing tour. Disembark from the ship and explore the fascinating Unfinished Obelisk, the massive Aswan Dam, and the breathtaking Temple of Philae, known for its magnificent architecture.
In the morning, transfer to Edfu with a stop at the fascinating Kom Ombo Temple. This unique temple is dedicated to the gods Sobek and Horus and features intriguing architectural elements. Continue your journey to Edfu, where you'll visit the Temple of Edfu, one of Egypt's best-preserved temples, dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus.
In the morning, your ship will depart for Luxor, passing via the ancient Esna Lock. Once you arrive in Luxor, you will have the remainder of the day to explore at your own. Discover the Sphinx Avenues, noted for their enormous statues, and the Nobles Art Gallery, which exhibits ancient Egyptian art.
Today, depart your cruise and be driven to your accommodation in Luxor. Check in and get some rest. Later, board a boat for a West Bank sightseeing tour that includes visits to the Valley of Artisans and the Valley of Queens, both of which provide glimpses into ancient Egyptian history. Continue your tour on the East Bank, where you'll see the huge Karnak Temple, the beautiful Luxor Temple, and the mysterious Temple of Khonsu. Afterward, you'll be driven to your hotel for an overnight stay.
