Cancellations made 7 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start date: Non-refundable.
Due to the specific arrangements and commitments involved in Umrah packages, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Postponement & Slot Transfer:
Requests to postpone or transfer your booking to another individual must be made at least 30 days prior to departure and are subject to availability and administrative approval.
Less than 16 weeks before departure: Non-refundable.
Hajj packages involve extensive planning and coordination with various service providers and authorities. Our cancellation policy reflects the commitments made on your behalf:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
More than 16 weeks before departure: Eligible for a 25% refund of the total package price.
Visa Issuance: Once the Hajj visa has been issued or the Ministry of Hajj has processed the necessary documentation, all payments become non-refundable.
Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), refunds will be subject to the policies of our service providers and the relevant authorities.
