Required Documents Checklist To Process Switzerland Visa:

  • Current passport (7-month validity atleast)
  • Two recent photos (not older than 3 months) with white background.
  • Photograph Size: 3.5 x 4.5 CM
  • Bank statement for the last six months with solvency certificate.
  • NID/Birth certificate copy in English
  • Marriage Certificate: If the spouse’s name is not in the passport, provide a marriage certificate or Nikanamma copy in English (if married)
  • Recent utility bill copy
  • Visiting cards in English
  • All documents are in English or notarized if originally in Bengali.

For Business Person:

  • Renewed Trade License Copy
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum of your Company
  • Proof if you are an owner-director of a company
  • Office/Company pad
  • Import & Export Certificate (if any)
  • TIN/Income Tax Certificate ( if any)

For Employee:

  • NOC letter
  • Pay slip (last 6 months) / Salary certificate
  • Visiting card
  • Employment ID copy

Additional for Visitor

1. Letter of invitation from the host in Switzerland. The invitation letter must contain at minimum the following information:
• Relation between the host and guest
• Reason for stay
• Exact duration of the visit
• Who will bear the cost of living, transportation, food and health insurance.
• Address, phone number, and signature of host
2.Supporting documents/attachments from host: scan or photocopy of passport and resident permit, proof of family relation with invited person if applicable
3.Leave letter of employer in Bangladesh stating the function/profession of the applicant in the company.

File Processing time: 2-4 working Days
File processing fee: 5000/-BDT per person. (Travel insurance fee not included)

Visa Fee to Embassy: 8,800/-BDT (depending on conversion rate)
Visa processing time (after submission): 12-15 working days.
